NYC Health + Hospitals anunció hoy que Annie George, PhD, RN, NEA-BC, NPD-BC, CCRN-K, directora sénior de excelencia/investigación en enfermería, recibió el premio Press Ganey Nurse of the Year – Nurse Leader.
El premio inaugural se entregó en febrero pasado en el evento anual de experiencia humana HX23 de Press Ganey. Press Ganey es un proveedor líder de análisis de rendimiento y medición de la experiencia del paciente para organizaciones de atención médica.
La Dra. George fue nominada por sus pares para este premio por su compromiso con la excelencia y la educación del personal como enfermera líder, capacitando a las enfermeras para explorar y compartir sus pensamientos, fortalezas e ideas de mejora para mejorar el entorno de trabajo y la experiencia del paciente.
Es responsable de todas las iniciativas de investigación y excelencia en enfermería de todo el sistema, y ha estado en el sistema de salud desde 2013.

El Dr. George es responsable de todas las iniciativas de investigación y excelencia en enfermería en todo el sistema, incluida la asistencia a dos de nuestros centros de atención aguda para lograr la codiciada designación Pathway to Excellence del American Nurses Credentialing Center: NYC Health + Hospitals/Kings County en octubre de 2022 y NYC Salud + Hospitales/Salud del sur de Brooklynen noviembre de 2022.
